X-Box one S screen turns black after startup. What to do?

Since 20 minutes I try in vain to start my XBox, but this shows after the start shortly the normal star page, but as soon as I press on the X-Box sign from the controller, the screen is sometimes black but also directly after the restart. I have already disconnected from the power cord and restarted several times, but without success.

Maybe someone knows how to fix this problem?

That's the best I've ever been able to achieve, but I can't go into the settings or anything else.
