Hi, I connected an Xbox controller to my PC to play rocket league. I put on b boost and y ballcam. However, when I press b, it does not blast but changes the ballcam. What can I do to fix this?

Which configuration do you mean? Everything is ok in the control panel, I checked it
You don't have to configure the controller in the game settings, i.e. Assign keys and axes?
