Why can't I watch high school dxd on crunchyroll through the xbox?

When I search for high school dxd in crunchyroll on the xbox, it doesn't find the anime so I looked for a short 2 minutes on my mobile phone and then I went to the history there was also high school dxd I clicked on it and then said: "Oops! An error had occurred. " No error code or anything else can you please help me?

Because in DE, DxD is not on Crunchyroll. You can watch it on Anime on Demand

Are you logged in and your account has the correct date of birth in it? Do you have a premium subscription? It doesn't work without that.

If Crunchyroll doesn't have high School DxD then how come you can watch the first three episodes of Highschool DxD on Crunchyroll, it stops playing when I try to go to episode 4
