Undo Xbox share with someone so that you can share your account again?

I shared my account with a friend. And I would like to undo this now because I want to buy the new xbox and then want to share the games with myself again. Is that possible then?

And why do you want to share the games with yourself on a new Xbox? On a new console, you simply log in with your existing account and your games are also tied to it. Means you got them all back.
