I have the GamePass Ultimate and use it exclusively on the PC, can I give my brother's account log-in on the Xbox and we can then play Sea Of Thieves together or is it not possible at the same time? Does anyone have any experience?

This is not possible because you would be on with the same account on 2 devices at the same time.
