I just bought the relatively old CLOUDX flight from HyperX for my XboxOne. So far everything is fine. But as soon as I connect the headset, it starts to rustle without interruption. And I can't understand that with a 150 euro wireless headset. I actually haven't seen anyone else who has similar problems with this headset. Maybe one of you has an idea how to fix it?
p.s the headset is brand new
It's not intended to work on Xbox either. The fact that the Xbox USB headsets also support is not so long, so it is not surprising that errors can occur.
There's a special version for the Xbox.

Something like that shouldn't be allowed to happen.

you apparently looked at the wrong headset there. This is specially made for xbox
I just wrote that to him
Just saw it in a second. ^^ thank you
Achsoo haha then I'm sorry I didn't know ^^
Had the Cloud Flight (but the normal one) and didn't know that there was a version specifically for Xbox.
To give you an answer.
The headset may need to be updated. Connect to a PC via USB and check the website for an upgrade.
