Xbox one headset rustling?

I have a problem with my xbox headset and it is always rustling and i can't talk at the party. I then restart the Xbox three to four times and then everything works fine. Does anyone know why this could be and how to fix it?

I also sometimes had problems with the noise… I bought a new controller & then it went again 🙋
