Forza Horizon 3 score away xbox one?

I gave my colleague my xbox account so he can test horizon 3 on his pc with play anywhere. Be that is my score off on my xbox one. The memory data are still available internally on the xbox. Does anyone know how I can change that or how I get into the cloud of xbox?
