Anime from an Amv wanted?

I'm looking for the anime that can be seen in this picture. I'm in an public Xbox group posting the anime videos and pictures. One of these videos was an amv with an anime I did not know. No one wrote under what his name was. Later, the video disappeared somehow and I could not ask anymore. However, I had taken a picture with my phone camera. I think the picture will help.
