Anime: boy plays nintendo in school, do you know the name?

In the anime was a boy who played with a Nintendo 3DS in class. The teacher reacted accordingly, but the student was pretty smart and silenced the teacher in a short discussion. The teacher gave up after that.

Unfortunately not the right one. The boy from the anime I'm looking for literally had a blue Nintendo 3DS. The teacher was rather shy and overwhelmed. But it was an identical scene, so thanks anyway.
