Any Xbox One game playable from 75% of the download?

I've been downloading Rdr2 for 15 hours now and am currently at 53%. Isn't it that every game is playable from 75%, at least part of it?

If not, I would probably have to wait another 15 hours. I hate my bamboo wire so much.

From 75% you can play the tutorial, but not anymore.

30 min? Fleet line. For me it took 3 hours. But I also live in the village.

My grandparents live in a 1000-inhabitant village in Hesse. They also have fiber optics.
