Xbox 360 controller flashing I do not know why?

I have recently bought an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller with Receiver for my PC I could connect the controller to the PC and everything went smoothly. But he does not stop flashing in the same place. The battery is full and he is as I said to connect to the PC so I do not know what the reason for it but it annoys me. Does anyone have an idea that could be ahead?
