Xbox 4k not working i can't find a solution can you

When I turn on 4k, my TV changes the resolution automatically. Often a 4k picture of the xbox appears briefly until the TV tries, for whatever reason, to switch to 4k again. This repeats itself until the Xbox (one X) reports there has been an error.
