Ark Survival Evolved Server Fix connection issues?

I rented an Ark server for the xBox One at Nitrado. If I want to join the server, the loading screen comes up for a moment and then I fly out with the message: "No response from the server. Waiting connection to the server lost." What can I do there or how can I fix the problem. I'm really starting to despair.

Not renting at Nitrado, only Minecraft can do it really well…

Rent your server at G-Portal, where I had mine for a long time… Is cheaper and much faster…
