Bought Gta 5 Premium Edition, redeemed code but received nothing?

I bought Gta 5 Premium Edition a few days ago, then redeemed the code in the Xbox Store and it would also be accepted. When I wanted to play later I could neither buy the vehicles for free in the online mode nor did I have the promised $ 1 million. Can someone happen to tell me why.
