Play Gta 5 and Gta 5 Premium together?

I would like to get Gta 5 for my Ps5. However, there's also a premium edition that costs just as much. If I buy the Premium Edition, can I also play online with friends who "only" have the normal edition?

I got it for my birthday. As far as I know, it was pre-ordered in the media market and then picked up. But it wasn't that easy.
