I'm rather skeptical.
Fable 1-3 are unmistakably the signature of Peter Molyneux and his team. No matter how talented the new team is, it will be hard, if not impossible, to revive the typical atmosphere of the former parts.
Although I would give a successor (if one appears) a chance - simply because Fable. - but my expectations would be very low.
