BO3 content filter?

Moin people, I've been playing Call of Duty black Ops 3 on Xbox One for a couple of years now, now I wanted to change my emblem because up to now I only had a Hey as font, but unfortunately I can't do that because there's a lock in front of it. In all online portals I'm supposed to activate content filters. As soon as I press it it says:

Not available (This setting is not available due to your child lock setting)

I'm 19 years old and wonder what this is all about? Can anyone help me further?

I had the same problem with Forza Horizon 4. Your xBox account apparently activated a parental control setting. You should take a look there. I had to set up a new account for myself and set it up as the parent of my old account so that I could then deactivate this parental control for my old account. It is about self-created content from other users and yourself.
