Today I bought a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate code for a mere 30 euro, but from Brazil.
I was amazed at the price and read on the internet (e.g. Reddit and MyDealz) that it worked, but it just didn't work.
I used NordVPN for Brazil from start to finish and had to complete the purchase through PayPal.
Then when I went to the Redeem Code page, I got this message:
What should I do?
I do not know if I can reclaim the just under 30 euro mentioned or if there's another redemption method. (I already tried to redeem the code on the Xbox, without success).
Perhaps this only applies to Brazilian accounts?

Try to use a different VPN server or in the worst case the Tor network.
It may be that Microsoft blocks the redemption via known VPN servers to prevent misuse or to prevent redemption.
You can only reclaim the money if it was not clear to you that it was a Brazilian key or the dealer promised to redeem it.
It just doesn't seem to work.
I don't think you can claim the money back.
