Graphics card for pc or xbox elite controller?

It will soon be my birthday and would like to know if I should have a better graphics card (currently gtx 760) as a birthday present or an xbox elite controller because my controller doesn't look very good.

It's just a question for open opinions

Gtx 760? I can definitely recommend a graphics card but not the GTX760! Better put on the GTX 1650 or 1080 :)
