Xbox one NAT open but without ipv6?

I have a speedport smart 3 and have previously released the ports for my xbox one s. Before that, the console was on medium and ipv4 and ipv6. After releasing the ports, she was open, but no longer shows ipv6.

How can I turn this on at the console?
