At what point would you see a console as broken?

Got a new Xbox Series X since Tuesday and it's actually going well, but once Forza Horizon crashed in the game and had to be reloaded, once my Forza Horizon disk was not recognized and I had to take it out and put it back in to make it work again once i couldn't get into my microsoft account and i had to restart the console. These problems were so far only one-time and as I said could be fixed quickly but I worry that these problems indicate a defect that will get worse. What do you think? Should I send them back or are these one-time bugs normal and not bad? Would be very grateful for answers

Hmm, my opinion on this is that there can't be perfect software or hardware, there will always be problems and the consoles are relatively new. I don't think that there are really serious defects on your console that would absolutely require an exchange. I would definitely watch it though. If there are still the same problems after the upcoming firmware and game updates, things will look different, then you should send the console in.

No, that's not noticeable. Game crashes are normal on consoles and will occur more often. You also have an xbox from the first series of production, which means teething problems are completely normal and will occur with each of these consoles. So just keep using it and it's good. If you still don't want it, don't send it back but give it to me ^^

Ma

So there are no teething problems on mine. 😉

El

Wait.

Ma

I have time, warranty and money.

So I'm not worried.

Many many thanks

Thank you very much

Are you upset about Forza? Then you haven't experienced Fallout 4 yet! The game is full of bugs and I don't know what. Plus mods can cause problems with the console in unfavorable situations. Space Engineers too, Minecraft Bedrock…

In addition, the Series X and S is new, the fact that there are initially problems with these consoles is nothing new. Be glad the new consoles do not have the RROD-like problem that the Xbox 360 had when it launched in 2005.

Even worse problems can come. But I hope not.

My Xbox Series X doesn't have any teething problems either, although this is an unfinished version.

Ke

That's not that bad.

The fact that a game crashes is no longer a problem, especially for the reason that our scores on the Xbox are constantly saved and updated in the cloud.

There can be many different reasons for a disc not being recognized. The most obvious is that a disc is physical and can easily break.

The fact that you did not get into your Microsoft account is not due to the console, but rather to you, for example because you entered the wrong password or because the server is currently busy, which is very, very rare, as you have the best servers from the best Has.

Hope I could help you somehow
