Watch Dogs 2 transfer saved game from Xbox to PC?

I played watch dogs 2 on the xbox since watch dogs was free now I wanted to continue playing it on the pc (with the same Ubisoft account). But when I open the game, I can't select my old save. Who knows if you can transfer the score?

No, you can't transfer your save to PC. Basically, this only works with games that have been implemented specifically for this purpose (e.g. Certain games from Microsoft), but it is only implemented for very few games. If you want to know whether a certain game supports this function, then the best thing to do is to search for the term "cross-save function" (not to be confused with "cross-play", this just means that players on different platforms such as Xbox, Playstation or PC can play online together)

It is working. We're not at the Playstation here but at an XBOX
