Is it worth switching from Xbox one x to series x?

I'm thinking of selling my Xbox one x and buying a Series x. I own a Sony 4K TV and I like to play the game forza horizon. Unfortunately, it looks a bit choppy to me from the hz number and since you can play with the Series x 4K 60hz I thought that I would change

Ma

If your TV doesn't support 60Hz then that won't help you either if the console can.

But it's worth it for the loading times alone

Me

I think the TV supports 120hz but I didn't know if something was wrong because a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels was displayed but I did not have the feeling that it was 4K, there are special reasons the cable of the TV and the x box should Support 4K

Ta

How old is the TV? I have a Samsung that is 3 months old and doesn't even support 2.1 hdmi with 120fps

But yes it's worth it! Just because of the quick resume and the loading times. I also love Forza and I love it even more not to let more than 1.5 seconds pass when switching cars. And your tv will surely manage 4K 60fps that is enough 120fps is a rarity and often doesn't run natively

Ma

A little tip, you can already play Horizon 4 on the One X with 60 FPS. Incidentally, the game doesn't stutter for me.

Only you can decide for yourself whether the Series X is worthwhile for you. Especially future games and especially distant exclusives will certainly benefit more from the power of the new consoles.

Where can I set this I tried it out but the quality was very poor in the game with the settings in video

Me

I think mine is already a year old.

For how much can an x Box one x actually be sold? If it's in pretty good shape

Ma

Strange, you ask where you set that but you think you've already tried it?

But you can be helped well. As soon as you are in the game you go to the menu. In the first tab you will find the settings on the left. There you also have to click on Video at the bottom left and there you have the option to change the graphics mode. Either quality or performance.

In the case of quality, the game runs at a fixed 30 FPS in native 4k with all details.

In performance it runs with a scalable resolution but a fixed 60 FPS. In addition, a few details are missing, especially with regard to the shadows.

It hardly looks much worse and it runs stable in both modes. No trace of stuttering.

What kind of TV do you actually own?

Ta

I gave four games to the 8 year old headset, but the one s 1tb got 170 euro

Me

I'm not sure about this. It's a Sony Bravia oled 4K I have to look up what it's called exactly. When I changed the game to 60fps, the details of the game were on the level of a good mobile phone game
