Xbox insider hub?

I'm so keen to play Minecraft raytracing with my rtx 2070, but every time I start the Xbox insider hub program, I get the comments that I'm under 18 and therefore can't start the program. Then there's something about an adult's permission. Because I'm 16, but how can I get in there anyway? Or is there any way to play minecraft raytracing without this program.

You have to be 18 to use it or an account 18 or older. Minecraft RTX is no different.

I have already created a new account with 1990 as my year, but it did not work.
