Why is Vietnam no longer being played on Bad Company 2?

Are there specific reasons why Bad Company 2 Vietnam is no longer playing on PS3? No matter what time I play, I never find a full server. Most of the time it is always the same 2-3 players who play it.

Is it the same with you? How is it on the PC or Xbox?
