Retract wheels or hooks on aircraft?

I play on the console (XBox) and don't know how to retract the wheels of airplanes when you are flying. Or. The hook with the cargo bob. How does it work.

Push in the left stick.

Or the right one

On the wheels the left stick and the hook is, I think, D-Pad to the right

What is the D-Pad? 😅
