Steering wheel compatible with all games?

Is this Xbox One steering wheel compatible with all Xbox One games that support any steering wheels?

For example, only 3 steering wheels are supposed to be compatible with the bus simulator, but does this work for all?

It is much more expensive, but you can actually play any game with it and also play it on pc.
