Minecraft Bedrock Crossplay Windows 10 and Playstation?

I play Bedrock Edition on Windows 10 and would like to play with friends on PS4, but I don't know how to add them as a friend because they can't log in with XBOX. Does anyone know how I can still play with them now?

Cross play is only possible with a microsoft / xbox account, but you can usually create it on ps4 without any problems
