How do I install - Wireless Gaming Receiver XBox360?

3 hours now. Yes, for 3 hours I try to get the kack controller up and running and absolutely nothing works that should work. I watched a number of videos, installed a number of drivers and the device (controller) is still an unknown device in Windows 10. What should I do?

I guess you don't have the original from Microsoft. I have the same and had the same problems. The following worked for me:

or:

Uninstall the old driver that was just installed (Device Manager. Right-click on the relevant device. Uninstall)
Restart
Download the driver from the https://www.s-config.com/chinese-xbox-360-wireless-receiver-driver-setup/ website (need to scroll a bit)
to install
Restart
Connect your adapter
Device manager. Right click on the corresponding device. Update drivers, select software on the PC (or something like that, do not know exactly how it is called), install XBOX prepherie devices, select something with wireless
restart
Switch on and connect the controller

If the whole thing doesn't work, go to step 7 and select another entry (and then step 8 and 9 again)

If that still doesn't work, try another USB slot and repeat steps 7-9. And start again from time to time, at some point it works

But before my PC reset everything worked out wonderfully. Nvm I've now ordered an Xbox One controller that is compatible with Win10 and a USB receiver
