Transfer Apex legends account from xbox to pc?

When the game came out, I played it on my console (xbox one x) because my pc was not strong enough. In the meantime I've built a decent gaming pc and no longer want to pay 10 euro a month for xbox gold.

My question would be: Can I transfer all the items purchased in-game (e.g. Battelpass) and LVL or do I have to start from scratch?
