XBox One: party chat is not working, what can I do?

Hi, so I have a little problem there… My internet is quite fast and does not cause any problems when playing online… But the party chat always says there are problems with my network settings. But somehow I find nothing that helps… Microsoft Support halt knows villt. Jmd the problem and know what I need to change?

Maybe the servers are offline or it's up to your headset

Is something possibly blocked by your router?

Router is probably blocked… I think you have mnet right?
