My pc is not very powerful able therefore I would like to transfer the picture of my xbox live on the pc. So that I can stream live with obs, for example. Unfortunately I have windows 7 and no capture card.

To stream with your Xbox you need a Capture Card. PCs usually have no image input, only outputs.
