Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 crashes?

I got the Microsoft Flight Sim via Xbox Game Pass. Now I have the problem that the game starts, but when it shows me that I should press a button to start and then do that, the game loads briefly and then crashes.

Do you have any ideas why this could be and how you can fix it? (Game has already been reinstalled)

Do you gamble on Xbox or PC?

I have the same problem. It fulfills the recommended requirements, but it keeps crashing on the desktop without an error message.

What kind of hardware do you have?

16GB ram, rx 580, ryzen 2600 and me is not shown in the task manager that something is fully utilized.

Just saw in the reviews in Game Pass that the problem is apparently very well known. Apparently you have to wait for a patch, because the support doesn't really answer.

You can only try to start in windowed mode and not quite as full screen.

Unfortunately not possible because I can't even get into the settings beforehand. The game starts and after the intro I should press a button, then it crashes and with F11 it doesn't work either…

Found the problem (hopefully). Game Pass requires you to install the game on a different hard drive. If you put the Sim on the same hard drive as Windows, the program seems to have problems downloading.

It still doesn't work, game crashed again…
