Rainbow xbox doesn't start?

Since the purchase of Rainbow six siege I have had the problem that it always crashes in the loading screen.

I have often reinstalled it and deleted my game data…

Would be very helpful if someone had a tip on how I can finally play Rainbow.😀

Maybe no xbox live anymore or via wrong user account?

If you have a disc, it may be damaged. Otherwise your console could also be over.

What about other games?

So I bought the game in the store and apart from that, I can play every game smoothly.
