Fifa 21 team?

I have built a team and wanted to ask if it fits or should I change any players or formation, I play more offensive, see picture. Another question why are the opponents faster than me or does it just feel like that because in the waking league I have almost no chance I'm almost only losing even if I start sprinting with my opponent, he is faster than me or when I'm in Attack am just like that. How do I best defend? I play on Xbox one

The team is actually well built. I just wouldn't play Laporte because he's very slow. A Sanchez, for example, is worth a lot more or generally defenders with more speed. And I would also recommend playing a Shadow on Joe Gomez because the defenders' pace is very important in this Fifa. I can't tell you why you're slower in such a general way. Sometimes, however, the sprint button may not work, so you always run at the same pace. To be able to defend better, I would like a tutorial by e.g. Recommend MoAuba or Mirza Jahic.
