I'm already level 50 in gta online but Simeon is not calling so I can buy a house and I don't know what to do (play Xbox One S)

Can somebody help me?

You can buy an apartment on your cell phone… I mean that Simeon doesn't need to call you…

So if I want to buy this online on Dynasty8, it says: The purchase of real estate will be activated as soon as you have received a call from Simeon. So there it is not… And it is everywhere so I can't even buy cars or something and that is so annoying
