GTA has no crossplay function. I.e. That there can't be different consoles in one lobby. So no, unfortunately that is not possible
There's none. Except maybe. That you need Ps + and so. But Ps4 and XBox are strong competitors

This is because the Rockstar servers only allow connection to the respective servers, i.e. If you play on the PS4, the server recognizes this and only lets you on the PS4 server. Dad same applies the other way round. The next problem is how to join PS4 players as an Xbox player and vice versa. In theory, Microsoft and Sony would have to match the player data, but neither of them would do it in the least.
There's no crossplay in GTA V, for which reasons I can't tell you exactly.
