Currently the Xbox Store u.a. Gta on sale. There's a package with Gta 5 (online) + Criminal Enterprise Stater (CES) + 8,000,000 GTA $. Actually, these packages alone would cost well over 100 euro, but here I know it described 33 euro. I already own GTA, so I would only be interested in CES and the 8 million GTA $. So can I still buy it and the add-ons will be uploaded to my account?

This is just a bundle which will give you a starter pack. There's nothing that you get GTA online. You can buy it clearly.
And all the stuff will come to my existing GTA online account?
