Was Thunder Mouse View Enable Xbox?

N buddy of mine thinks you can't look around on the Xbox like on a PC (if you press C), that would be an EXTREME disadvantage, is that really true?

Yes then you can't see what's going on around you. Neither on the ground, in the water, or in the air. Although I mean with the PS4 version it works. But forever from where I played on console, I only gamble on PC currently.
