Why can't I use online functions with Forza Horizon 4 xbox one even though the xbox is online?

I can't access horizon life, fortune island, lego speed champions, online adventures, cars, rivals, clubs or the marketplace.

NAT type must be open, then everything works.

Maybe restart the game.

If I turn off the console and don't close an online game, I have to close the game and restart it to get online again

Where do I put the "nat type"?
