Is Displayport 1.4 capable of 4k 120fps gaming?

I bought a monitor (TV) with 4k and 122hz to 43 inches. However, it only has Displayport 1.4. Can I use the full power of my Xbox-series-x and my monitor with Displayport 1.4? In the best case, do you say games at 120fps on 4k or do I need Displayport 2.0?

Te

That gives DisplayPort 1.4 a maximum total bandwidth of 32.4 Gbps and a maximum total
data rate of
25.92 Gbps. That gives it enough bandwidth to
handle a 4K UHD stream at up to 120Hz with 24-bit / px color, or a 5K display at up to 60Hz, with 30-bit / px color. It even supports 8K video, but only at up to 30Hz due to the heavy bandwidth demands.

Yes it's possible.

Tr

Displayport is the best you can get at the moment, it even supports 8k

As with hdmi, there are different types of displayport my friend.

Tv

Yes 1.4 creates 4k @ 120hz.

Your Xbox, however, most likely not.

Of course, it achieves the advertised performance with optimized titles. It is perfectly clear to me that not every game will be playable at 4k at 120fps. This can be seen in the context of the note "in the best case". Besides, that wasn't the question.
