Xbox 360 controller not working with FIFA 20?

I bought an Xbox360 controller for Fifa 20 because ds4 didn't work. Unfortunately, it doesn't work either. I just can't give input in general. I would appreciate help.

Normally your controller should work. You may be missing the driver for your Xbox 360 controller. If you are under Win7, you have to install the driver manually. From 8.1 the driver is usually already pre-installed.

If you are under Win10 64-bit, you can try to load the Win7 64-bit driver onto your computer.
