Parental control release at Microsoft / Xbox?

How can I "release" this annoying protection of minors because I can't auction cars at Forza Horizon 4, for example?

Because it says "This is protected by the protection of minors…" how do I unlock that.

Provide a credit card or the easier way, simply set the age in your email to 18 or older.

First register with Microsoft or Outlook on the page Settings → Account → Show account → Change date of birth
