Ps4 parental control forgot security pin what to do?

I have parental controls for my children on my playstation now I wanted to create a new account but it doesn't work because the parental controls are activated and to deactivate the parental controls you need the security code that I forgot should I reset the ps4 or what can i do or is there a way to reset the ps4 without deleting the apps
