Download speed issues (Xbox One S)?

I have the following problem

I just wanted the 30GB update from

Load modern warfare

The Modern Warfare Update strangely only loads the Xbox at 100-600 KB / sec

As soon as I want to load another game or the update for it

Loads it at 40-50 MB / sec

I don't want to be able to play MW again within a week.

What can that be?

Ps: router etc is restarted

Can because of files so there are many individual files so it is not because of your Wi-Fi I want to say
