I wanted to ask what you are saying if it is worthwhile to build for a Renault Clio Grand Tour 3 Dynamique 1.2 16V with 101 to 15 HP plus to optimize
The whole would cost 490 euro at DTE in Recklinghausen
Now the question is whether it is worth it if you also notice the 15 ps
Because it sounds good to come from 101 to 116 hp but it must also bring something
Or do you have any ideas?
PS the pedalbox of DTE is already ordered should arrive on Tuesday
Whether that also brings something?
You will not really notice the software optimization unless you have an extremely good popometer, but there will not be much difference except that you are putting more strain on your engine.
The pedal box you ordered is even more meaningless than the software optimization. You have thereby no performance gain or the like. What makes the pedal box, you can also with a normal gas pedal. It only adjusts the throttle position - say you already have full throttle at zb. 50% of pedal travel.
Only cost me 45 euro if she is net so you can send them back heeeheee
The corridors prices for the parts range between 150 and 250 euro. I would not install a cheap 45 euro part of which my life depends. Even an electronic accelerator (series) costs a lot more.
This is an original pedal from DTE therefore
Then let's have a look at their homepage what the stuff costs.
No, that's rip-off, if there's really more power rausgeholt, then by overloading the engine.
So the pedal box is the biggest snot. The only changes the characteristic of the accelerator pedal, nothing more. The same effect you have if you just push the gas pedal further. I can't imagine a better waste of money.
And chiptuning with such a small engine makes sense? Definitely not in my opinion. If you want more power, you should buy another car.
