Nintendo 64 - Picture is extremely bright?

It was actually the cable purchased from a third party. Have now the Gamecube cable (have only noticed that the consoles have one and the same connection), which is the original cable, connected to the N64, impeccable picture. Just need a memory expansion, then I'm satisfied first. 😄😄
