Playing differences between the Style Boutique?

So guys, I have a question about the games

There's a game Style Boutique for normal Nintendo Ds (that's that red shoe on it)

A friend gave me the game new Style Boutique, but I don't know which part it was. So I have no idea whether it was the normal New Style Boutique or the 2 or 3 part.

In the game you got shrunk and couldn't really do anything so it was over quickly and wasn't fun.

Now my question is which style boutique was that so that I won't get it again and what are the differences between New Style Boutique, New Style Boutique 2 and New Style Boutique 3?

The one where you get shrunk and go through a door is Style Boutique 2. You couldn't do the least with the one for the DS. The story is different in every game, but in principle you do almost the same thing in every game.

New Style boutique 3 is the best.
