Differences between the Nintendo switch and the Nintendo switch lite?

I would like to get a switch and wanted to ask what are the differences between the Nintendo switch and the Nintendo switch lite. I know that you can't play on the TV with the Nintendo switch, but are there any more differences?

The switch lite is the one you can't play with on TV. In addition, the switch lite has no removable Joy Con and is a bit smaller.

The Switch lite is lighter and the Joycons are fixed (you can still connect additional controllers).
